This camp has one of the darkest skies you can find anywhere (very far away from big cities), making it an excellent spot to view the cosmos. Volunteers are needed to assist with hosting summer camps and other church events during non-summer months and general maintenance around the grounds. Note that this is not like your typical Christian camp Pennsylvania experience where you go on vacation; you will have responsibilities here besides assuring that children have an enjoyable time, including building/maintaining buildings, roads, and other facilities.
