The Bongiorno Conference Center is a Christian conference center owned by the Pennsylvania-Delaware District Council of the Assemblies of God. We host camps, retreats, trainings, and leadership events for our district and other Christian ministries and nonprofits.

Food Service - The Food Service staff responsibilities include: food prep, serving food, dish washing, dining room and kitchen prep and clean up, and providing exceptional service to our guests. The hours Sept-May are primarily Friday evenings-Sunday lunch with some weekday evenings. Hours are available most days of the week during the summer season.
Housekeeping - The Housekeeping staff responsibilities include: cleaning lodging rooms, meeting rooms, indoor recreation space, all public restrooms, and providing exceptional service to our guests. The hours Sept-May are primarily daytime Monday-Friday with some weekend expectations. We are often able to work with flexible schedule needs (such as altered start/end time, limited number of hours, etc.) The summer season hours are primarily Friday-Monday (weekends).
Building & Grounds - The Building & Grounds team is currently seeking flexible part time maintenance workers for evening and weekend shifts. Responsible for a variety of indoor and outdoor buildings and grounds maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, snow removal, carpet and floor maintenance, meeting rooms set up and tear down and other facility related maintenance tasks. The days/hours are often flexible.
Our summer seasonal staff positions are temporary part time. Summer employees are scheduled in any of the following departments as needed through the summer (Housekeeping, Food Service, Maintenance, and the Pool Slide). Applicants can rank their requested primary department through the application process.
