The Bongiorno Conference Center is a Christian conference center owned by the Pennsylvania-Delaware District Council of the Assemblies of God. We host camps, retreats, trainings, and leadership events for our district and other Christian ministries and nonprofits.

We are currently accepting applications for the following positions:
Lifeguards - The lifeguard staff are present when the BCC Olympic sized swimming pool is open (approximately 20-25 hours per week). Certification is required. BCC will pay a portion of the certification training for individuals hired for the summer season to be new summer guards that don't yet have their certification. We are seeking staff who are service minded, people focused, and are committed to maintaining a safe swim experience for our guests.
Food Service - The Food Service staff responsibilities include: food prep, serving food, dish washing, dining room and kitchen prep and clean up, and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Housekeeping - The Housekeeping staff responsibilities include: cleaning lodging rooms, meeting rooms, indoor recreation space, all public restrooms, and providing exceptional service to our guests.
