3 Weeks Before Arrival Date
Preliminary food counts and certificate of liability insurance (if applicable) are due to BCC.

10 Days Before Arrival Date
Guaranteed food counts, special dietary needs, completed housing forms, meeting room setup notes & diagrams, and a schedule (if overnight event) are due to BCC.

Arrival Date
Second deposit due.

Within Two Weeks of Receiving Final Invoice (Post Event)
Remainder of payment due.
