MEET THE STAFF

Simply the best team around!

Carl Redding

Executive Director

Carl served for over 20 years as a Youth Pastor in Pennsylvania, and during this time he developed his love for the Bongiorno Conference Center. He then served as Lead Pastor at Macomb Assembly in Illinois from October 2017-2021. His wife, Andrea, serves alongside of him, and he has 2 daughters, Abigail and Megan. They love spending time together traveling as well as in the outdoors, shopping, or having a meal out. They’re passionate about loving their community and serving people. Carl loves to be outdoors in his free time, bowhunting, skiing, kayaking, or fishing.

Carl enjoys seeing people grow in their relationship with Christ and loves to see leadership development goals reached in the lives of individuals. Carl truly believes that God has a plan for every person that walks the earth and often finds encouraging words to motivate them to become all that God wants them to be.

Rob Furr

Assistant Director

Originally from Morgantown, West Virginia, Rob has served in 3 churches as a youth pastor, executive pastor, and discipleship pastor. Rob and Kristi are 2010 graduates of the University of Valley Forge. Both Rob and Kristi grew up in PennDel and have had their lives significantly impacted by the ministry that took place at the Bongiorno Conference Center. They have one son, Zebadiah, and love sharing their life with others. They love traveling and spending time together, usually over a cup of coffee. You will often find Rob fishing, hunting, or immersed in technology.

Rob’s life motto is to lead by example by being a servant leader, encouraging those over him, equipping those around him, enabling those under him, working hard, and walking with integrity. Rob thrives in details, logistics, organization, and systems. Rob is passionate about loving God and loving people. Nothing excites him more than seeing lives transformed and helping people thrive in their relationship with God.
