Available Positions
Facilities Team
It’s a big job to keep the Bongiorno facilities and grounds running, and we are looking to add to our maintenance team. This position supports the campus with the setup and tear down of meeting spaces, facility maintenance, and grounds. Seasonal and year-round positions are available.
Housekeeping Team
The Housekeeping staff’s responsibilities include: cleaning lodging rooms, meeting rooms, indoor recreation spaces, and all public restrooms. Part of the job is doing laundry, folding laundry and prepping it for use in the cleaned areas.
Kitchen Team members at BCC are responsible for guest services, light food prep, and sanitation. Greeting our guests with a friendly smile as they come in the door and insuring, they have an enjoyable visit. They need knowledge of the day’s menu and monitor the guest’s needs during meal times. Kitchen team members will assist Cooks with light food prep and plating of desserts. A clean kitchen is an important part of any food service operation and promotes a healthy environment.
As an Intern, you will have the opportunity to work in each of our four Departments: Housekeeping, Food Service, Administration, and Maintenance. We offer a resident staff opportunity where you will stay on campus, receive an hourly wage and food will be provided.

Lifeguard staff are present when the BCC pool is open (approximately 15-20 hours per week).
BCC will pay a portion of the certification training for individuals hired for the summer season to be new summer guards that don’t have their lifeguard certification or need recertification.
